Sorry, no. Selling tainted food damages people, (extrapolated to society) that's why it's illegal.

Rape damages people, and damages society. That's why it's illegal.

    Killing people etc.etc.

Morality is NOT a universal code. It will change from society to society. That's why, particularly in a country with many ethnic groups and customs, you CAN'T create laws based on your morality, only on what is harmful to the society as a whole.

Good point. Now, maybe you can tell me where the initial source charge comes from, since electrical engineering models assume they are spontaneously generated from nowhere. I've been trying to find that one out for a bit, now.

So if they have the right to distribute it (as, say, the copyright holder), have they not then LEGALLY made it available to BE copied? It is no longer a copyright violation if the copyright holder puts it there for you to copy.

---The Republicans are running the show because they aren't spreading lies such as how they "created the Internet." You're right. Instead, their lies were more along the lines of 'They hate us for our freedom', 'Hussein is the next Hitler", "..mushroom cloud over New York", and so on. ---The American people are sick and tired of the bold face dishonesties and half-truths constantly spewed by the Democratic party. The American people are being fooled less and less everyday by such treason. Yes, instead they are being fooled more and more by those who claim they are 'conservative', despite the blatant disregard of 'conservative values' by those in charge making the claims. Pick your poison.

  8. EA kinda sucks on Xbox 2 to Release in Fall of This Year · · Score: 1

Yeah, EA doesn't have anything but Madden. Oh, wait, they have the exclusive rights to NFL, Nascar, and FIFA. Oh, and there's that fringe game Tiger Woods. Nothing big though. Oh, on second thought, didn't they make a fairly popular game called Goldeneye? It really is stupid for MS to ally with them, and all those crappy games. After all, Burnout 3 was a huge flop, and no one would ever play Need For Speed. It's not like EA created the best selling game of all time, The Sims. Yeah, stupid, stupid Microsoft.

Note: dislike Microsoft, but own 2 PS2s and 2 XBoxes. Xbox has better graphics, PS2 has more good games, not so hot on the graphics. Personally, I'm more interested in good games and gameplay than I am in polygon count.
