  1. Report from the front line on Linux Kernel To Have Stable Userspace Drive · · Score: 0

I use the UIO framework for half an year now - starting with patches, and lately from the main release. I had not used Linux a year ago, let alone program for it. In the moment I have completed two drivers, and await green light for the third. Yes, they are embedded drivers, and yes, they are simple. But they work and get the job done, allowing my company to migrate to Linux and sell cheap and working custom devices. I for one welcome our Usersapce masters...

Fallout 2 was not something special in most of the gaming aspects, but ruled in one: The story. And the humour! OMG, I have never seen something like this in a game since then.
Hell, I am going home right now and will install the game and play it AGAIN, but in a DIFFERENT way!

The information in the above source seems reasonable enough, and well-backed with scientific reports. Please read it, I assure it is worth it.

What we see on this video is a reflection of what is going on in the american society. Patriot act is a good hit. Constitution rights, war, Bush... Tension tends to break here and there, like the way tectonic plates relief pressure. So, we have a society that is frightened by terrorists, its own chosen government, and thinks that every other country hates it (vastly true). There is/will be more of this happening, trust me. Fear causes cruelty. I personally am amazed that this brutal display of power did not cause the "officers" to be beaten by the crowd. They were really close though... I am standing here more than 12000 km away and am furious about what has happened to a fellow person, what about the bystanders?
