The government, in short, isn't afraid of the public anymore. It was thought when this country was founded, that as long as goverment was afraid that its constituents would disapprove of their actions and A) vote them out of office or B) wholesale replace the government. B only applies if people exercise their 2nd amendment rights.
The goverment has, through social programs and inadequate school systems among other things, bumbed down the people to a point that they don't care what the government does. If the people of this nation would break out of their comatose state and see what the government is doing and get mad, maybe enough of us will eventually get mad enough to use our second ammendment rights, and start from scratch with something that works.
There is so much to say, with so few listening. We can change this country, you just have to get off your rear, stop playing with your cell phones, and want it. The goverment would straighten up if they feared we might do something about them.
Being a former electrician, I'll atest to the total awesomeness of Klien tools (except for the channel locks). A great and cheaper alternative however are the Stanely Vinyl Grip screwdrivers that cost about 20$ a set instead of almost 60$.
Another item for the tech bench that no one has discused yet, anything for comfort. Make sure you have a good comfortable stool or if you prefer standing, a cushioned mat.
Nothings worse than a sore back and sore feet at the end of the day.
In warehouses and manufacturing situations, RFID provides many advantages since it doesn't rely on optics to obtain data about the product moving on the line.
Barcodes have their place in the retail space and in situations where the expense would be prohibitive.
Where I work, we even use a combination of both, to keep different types of information seperate.
Both technologies have their uses and I don't believe either will go away.
come on. If you look into it, these are 64bit extensions not a 64bit processor core. They're trying to doop the masses. They're emulating 64bit. It's a waste of money.
