But it does seem to be pretty easy for individuals to bring small quantities over the border.
Cloned cattle are aproved by the FDA. Pretty soon the entire US dairy herd is genetically identical to highly optimized Holstein 1139-B. Then a minor mutation of a heretofore insignificant cattle disease causes it to turn deadly. And we end up paying the Amish $100 for a gallon of milk.
