Hmm, well they got most of the info right, except the opturon the chip being marketted toward the server market. In fact, that is the second x86-64 chip to come out. and i believe that one is the sledgehammer chip, but that might be the second gen.

Here's in interesting thought. Everyone that tries to compete with M$ is a "threat" to them. But what makes competition a threat. So M$ loses a few sales, but competition is supposed to be the incentive for product improvement. Although, I guess I can see linux as a threat if M$ is refering to linux as a threat to their monopoly. Either way, M$ needs to rethink what business is, what competition is, and why they are losing business. (I mean, DUH! They are losing business cause their products such)

I have a k6-2 333 with 256 mb ram, and its fine. Ive had probs with video with a crappy generic video card, but I havent ran into sig 11 or compiling probs, and I am using SuSE 6.4 as well.
Ive used Netscape for windows, macs, and linux, and it sucks on all platforms. Its sort of ok on windows, but the way it loads stuff pales in comparison to ie. why dont we try hacking ie, and making our own "good" browser that actually works!
