the horde is evil just as long as you're playing alliance. if you're playing horde, alliance is evil. it's just a matter of perspective - I tought it was really simple to understand. orcs, trolls and taurens sure are not evil and forsaken might be but that's sort of a "secret" to the other three races.
and it WAS "eoa" not "eca". the sphere was in place of the "o" when the logo was drawn in its entirety. "old timers" that pretended it was "eca" were just clueless, like the italian importer was at the time. a quick google search can clear up any doubt, otherwise you can just look up your old EA boxes (I still have some c64 stuff).
penalty for 'payola' still include up to 1 year of incarceration according to US laws. there's your threat, then.
would have been useful to actually define 'payola' for everyone like me that had to go and look it up on google (surprise! we're not all from english speaking countries).
while I certainly not give a damn about star wars games in general, it must be pointed out that factor 5 HASN'T the exclusive rights on star wars or the rogue squadron/leader series. lucasarts do, factor 5 were just contracted to do the job since they're pretty good programmers. personally I'd gladly wait for another turrican title instead of more starwars shooters. hell, a good turrican done like a god of war wouldn't be bad.
anyway, if lucasarts still feels that nintendo will have to have its share of exclusive star wars titles, factor 5's jump shouldn't give them much to think about.

I'd go as far to say that geometry wars evolved is the only game worth having right now on the xbox 360.
