Lol I have the beta or office 12, and i was trying to make a chart in excel for a last minute project, and it kept on crashing. luckily the office recovery wizard ran, and then, the recovery wizard crashed. needless to say, i was late getting my project in

  2. Re:Maybe a grain of salt, but it's what I'd predic on Wine vs Windows Benchmarks · · Score: 1

the only thing that windows does better than linux is compatibility (and that's even debateable) is user-friendliness. For instance Unix will let you modify a core file that will make your computer reboot as soon as it starts up. So wine still has far to go, but it has come very far.

  3. why won't americans take responsibility on Obesity Contagious? · · Score: 1

I think that people are just looking for somebody/something to blame for America's obesity problem. People (in general) are worried about being politically correct, and not hurting somebody's feelings by telling them that they are overweight. Now mostly, I think that it is the parent's responsibility to teach their kids the values of living a healthy life. It is also benificial to a child's development to have them live a healthy life, young children and teenagers can be cruel to obese children, and kids often don't know what to do about it. Suing kellogs and other companies because they market using children's television characters is NOT the cause of fat kids, it is the parents not being willing/able to tell their kids no. Americans need to be accountable for their growning problem, and stop creating reasons for obesity.

  4. wow on Interview with Joshua Schachter of del.icio.us · · Score: 1

Its called AJAX and its not just some technology that script kiddies use. It is a USEFUL technology that allows us to get information from a server without needing to reload the page. Now while this is not a complete definition of it, it covers a lot of what AJAX is for. You CAN however group all of the people who have little clocks made of text that follow you cursor around, as script kiddies. The tasteful use of AJAX and Javascript (thats repetitive) can make a site more appealing to the end user. Sites like http://meebo.com/ use AJAX to create a never before seen product.

  5. It seems... on Toy Story 3 Scrapped · · Score: 1

It seems that half the movies produced in the past three or four years have been (crappy)remakes, or (crappy)sequels. I found a whole friggin site on Sequels and remakes. http://www.sequelogue.com/ seems to not have any trouble finding content to place on their site. I heard that there is a new law coming out preventing crappy remakes of good movies. Just Kidding. I don't know why producers think that these movies will fly, but it's just unbelieveable that they think they will make a significant amount of money off of Stuart Little 3.

  6. lol on Games That Keep You Coming Back? · · Score: 1

A couple games that keep pulling my friends back in are Runescape and WOW. IDK what is so absorbing about em, but evidently they cannot step away from the games for more than a couple hours.

I've used webhostingjuryto do research on different web hosts, and have been very impressed with the number of reviews they have. I used them to find ICD Soft. It turns out that their reviews were very true to reality. I've posted question to their IT People, and have gotten a reply within 2 minutes. I host my website at: DBZ Computer with ICD Soft. So overall I really reccomend webhostingjury.
