    Hindi Script Tutor for learning devanagari script...very good...then try "Teach Yourself Hindi - Complete Course (Book/CD)" for grammar and basic vocabulary. If you do all the exercises, and copy out the dialogues (to improve your devanagari), you should have a very good all-round understanding (and written proficiency) of Hindi by the end of the course.
