    If the font makers don't add the font exception clause to the font you want then, just change the font to one which has it (or one thats not GPLed). Having done that your document is presumably no longer a derivative work and no longer required to be distributed under the terms of the GPL. Also I'm sure there are millions of fonts out there with simple feel free to use this licenses (of course you may not like many of them).

    just because they can make content for a website doesn't mean that anyones going to go to it. How many of these prisoner websites are only visited by relatives curious about how they are fairing?

    Yes they plan to rip off their remaining limbs, and replace them with artificial super strong ones. With this army of artificially enhanced super cats they should soon be able to complete their plans for world domination (TM)

    IANAL but,

    I've considered this argument myself and came to the possible conclusion that the RIAA is infact not the copyright holder, and only working on the behalf of the copyright holder to protect their copyright.

    As such they have no right to distribute the files, but they won't be prosecuted because they're the ones who have been given the responsibility to prosecute.

    I also believe as these are civil cases there is no entrapment issue available to them.
