I'd like to see a move away from the Ares-Orion stack and a move towards the more versatile Jupitor plan.
Huh? How is Jupiter more versatile? Its a single rocket that would not have the lift capability of Ares 5, nor the safety of Ares 1... You Jupiter freaks need to stop drinking that cool-aid.
Because none of those launchers you mentioned could lift the Orion capsule, which is the whole idea for the project (even though the current Ares I design cant do that either). If we scrap Ares now and cancel Shuttle, the US wont be launching people until 2018 at the earliest.
I second this recommendation! I have been with linode for a few years now and other than a few glitches with the data centers where they are hosted, I cant complain. You get a nice web control panel which allows for total control of your vm. And the few times I did need support my tickets were answered promptly. Thanks caker, mikegrb & tasaro!
You dont need an expensive storage system... you can just borrow from the grid. They even have meters that allow power to flow both ways. A battery system is great during brownouts or blackouts and unless you want to be totally independant, why even bother?
Yeah, this week has been especially bad. I went from 1-2 a week to 1-2 daily.
I try to check the Caller ID against multiple websites to determine if they are spam calls and send them to Lenny. I've had some good results:
Lenny vs Tech Support
Lenny on a 16 minute call with Visa/Mastercard Services
Lenny taking a survey
Lately they seem to generate random CIDs and are getting past my CID checks.
Like this one time time
