i cannot imagine how horrible a 3 hour delay on the aircraft will be then! wifi i can see, laptops, internet = good. Cellphones = bad.

Yes, it crossed the state lines. That is a felony. Sucks to be that kid! But what a dumbass thing to do in the first place. At least send the Swat Team to McDonalds or something.
I recently in my area had an issue with my Comcast service where i was not getting ESPN/ESPN2/Discovery HD etc but i would still get the locals, and my package had been that way for 5 years, then all of a sudden out of the blue Comcast (yes i understand that they have the right to do this) changed their lineup to have to subscribe to one of the digital packages. Well not really a problem, but then one Comcast tech accused me of stealing cable even though i pay for $100 a month for it. It took 12 calls to Comcast to speak to a manager/super visor and 3 trips to the local Comcast branch. If it was not for their internet i would of told me where to shove it. All i know is that i have a nice new HDTV antenna for my new house and Comcast is coming no where near my new house...
I am looking for something to replace my 12 inch Asus notebook. Im looking to either go 11.1 widescreen or 13.3 widescreen. And the largest selling point for me for a MAC is a sweet ass back lit keyboard! My friend as a 17inch one (im not very mac knowledgeable)and the back lit keyboard is so very very nice, and the slot loading optical drive...mmmmm.....
A few companies have tried this with me, Best Buy once refused to honor a coupon they emailed me, turned it over to the Michigan Department of Commerce, and it was solved with them being forced to honor the coupons for who ever had them.
The second time was with Tigerdirect, they sent me something that was on sale, but later turned around and charged my CC for the full price. I didnt even contact TD (because they are border line legit) i just refuted the payment with my CC company, and the CC company had to deal with them not me, and my CC company has a lot more clout than i do.
That is all i would do, refute the payment on your CC>

Man, Cingular cannot even get my voicemail time right when daylight savings time kicks in normally, i just cant wait till this happens.
