Well perhaps the other parts of Sony don't like the thought of downloading movies. Sony do make a lot more hardware than Microsoft, and stand to sell more kit if downloading doesn't take off. Not so for Microsoft.
Is there any mechanism to prod Apple to adding support for other devices? I'm specifically talking about my Sharp GX-25 mobile phone, which is a neat thing which I really don't want to have to keep in sync manually.

While what you say is mainly true, it's not a hard-and-fast rule - notably the UK didn't get involved in Vietnam.

Does anyone have any experience with a portable scanner, one that I can take on the road with me?
I almost bought this one: http://www.docupen.com/ but was put off by reviews that said it was tricky to scan an A4 page without lots of practise.
