    Well lucky or unluckily then the supremacy clause takes president and its covered by US copyright. Unless the US copyright office rejected their copyright which they most likely didn't do.

    I think what they are saying is that the content exist on Google's services not just in the search results. Its still on youtube and blogspot. Both owned and operated by Google. Since they do have control over their property they are required to remove illegal things like stolen data.

    Umm you have no rights as a user of Googles stuff. Its their stuff. If they don't like your stuff they can delete your account and send you hate mail and there is jack all you could do about it. You don't own your blogs server space GOOGLE DOES and they can do what they like with it. Don't like that HOST IT YOURSELF.

    huh see thats exactly how my Univ worked. Then again I went to a practical college not a Liberal arts college. There is pretty good size difference between the 2 which is why I picked RIT. This seems to be pretty light on frivolous classes.     No dude. They took a physical thing from where it belonged without permission. Then they copied it. The 500 or so people that worked on it not withstanding the productio. Company is publicly traded and probably has more then a few 401k invested in them because of the previous 2 movies return on investment. So know the movie has less value will generate less return and your dad is going to have to blow other men in the park because to make up the difference in what the movie would predictably have made. See thats why its a crime. Because not only rich people own stocks in companies like lions gate, warnwr etc... but you go with that its not hurting anyone argument and frame it next to your participation medal.

    China produces less CO2 per person the most of the rest of the industrial world. Why do you guys go bash on Luxembourg who is 9th on the list. Tax those CO2 producing jerks. China is in the 50's on the per capita list. What do you expect them to reduce? Now Sulfur Dioxide is a whole other ball of acidy wax.

    and where did you get these per capita numbers? The US isn't even in the top 10. Why don't you go rail on Luxembourg who is 9 on the list of per capital CO2 emissions. China is like way down in the 50's and the US is 12th. Australia is above the US as is the falkland islands. Its pretty stupid to talk about total emissions and compare 300,000,000 people with say the UK at 75,000,000. In fact Canada is only about 2% behind the US in per capita emissions.

    Yeah see I would never now any of that. I just see mit and like most people who have lives I cant do a background check on everyone. But everyone is taking money from someone with an agenda. Musk discounts fuel cell on mas. Japan disagrees and is going full bore on fuel cell. So do I believe the guy who has a public company who is profit driven or the other car company that is profit driven? Do I believe the paper by the researcher looking for funding and tenure or the crazy guy who can say what he wants because he has tenure and doent need to have the same opinion as the institution. There have been studies on the heard mentalli8 that exist in institutional reseach as non tenure researchers tend to not want to rock the boat. Doesnt make them wrong but there is yen and yang on the who is reliable and who is not.

    There are scientists of note that do not agree with the consensus. I dont know what they believe or why but when their studies are exclude I see all the other times the consensus was wrong. Im not in the club I dont know what their opposing science is but it's not just religious people that have a view contrary to the group. Is this Richard Lendzen MIT dude not at all respectable?
