I'd start off telling them I stole the computer from a blue box and that it would shock me every time I tried to start it. I had sound effects and everything. Guess I'll give up on developing a new bit :(

  8. Re:Graphics are limiting, but powerful on What's the Importance of Graphics In Video Games? · · Score: 1

Yes, but the picture draws nothing from you...it is what it is. A word picture: "The executioner inserts his fingers through your eye sockets and pulls your face off. You lay dead and bleeding on the ground" is simple, yet evokes images from your imagination far greater than any picture could be. Your imagination dresses the skeleton of the words in images more detailed and vivid than any graphic.

  9. Graphics are limiting on What's the Importance of Graphics In Video Games? · · Score: 2, Interesting

I used to play various Vampire Wars based MUDs and was only limited by my imagination....... When I play a game with graphics I'm stuck with what's on the screen

  11. Cut out the middle man on New Way to Make Hydrogen · · Score: 2, Insightful

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we just using hydrogen as a energy storage system here?
That is, we take energy (in the form of electricity) from the sun or wind or where ever and use it to create hydrogen gas or compounds that will create hydrogen. All of which methods are less than 100% efficient
Shouldn't we instead work on ways to store the electricity directly, using batteries or whatever?
We already have a electrical distribution system that works fairly well, why not use it?

Next time please talk about something you understand. Here it is in a nutshell. God's original creation was perfect. Sin entered through Adam and Eve's disobediance. God then cursed all creation as punishment.(Genesis 3:14-24) Things like disease and your worm are a direct result of that curse.
