Untested and unrefined? Are you kidding? You know how much beta testing they did?

BTW, how much should I pay for this "untested and unrefined software"?

You do have to copy the folder manually... Which is kinda the point.
My in-laws get their Vista upgrade disk in the post. It has "Microsoft Vista New Lovely Wow" written all over it, and they've heard me mention Vista (only in a "the shop said you're gonna get an update disk" way). They attempt to install, and bork, their (almost) brand-new computer. My point is, a lot of people who bought PCs in the last six months were sold/promised a Vista upgrade. A lot of these people have NEVER installed or upgraded an OS. Ever. Here's where I get modded troll. Vista is a horribly bloated nightmare of building on legacy code (forever), kernel fudges and (yep) DRM. Been said before, but Microsoft would do a lot better starting from scratch for the next "Windows". One last point. Those people who "need" Vista for DX10 and gaming... buy a PS3 or xbox and f*&@... erm, go away

the part in her copyright page - http://www.profane-justice.org/html/copyright_.htm l - where she states:

When we receive payment for copyright infringement or obtain a court judgment and collect on it, you will earn 5% of the amount which is collected as actual damages. In the event of multiple identical submissions, the first one received by AFAC will receive the reward. The reward is paid only for the actual pages for which we receive payment or collect on a judgment. In our most recent infringement claim, the total actual damages for copyright infringement is $600,000 - which meant you would have earned $30,000!

Completely agree. Before I start, I'll just clarify - I'm talking about native BBC content, not programmes made by third-party producers.

I've never understood how BBC DVDs (and video cassettes before them) cost the same as, if not more than, Hollywood movies. As license-fee payers, we've already paid for production once, so should only be paying for materials and distribution to own a copy.

As the method of distribution is peer to peer they should be paying us (or at least those of us with fat pipes!) to distribute it. Plus, we should be able to keep it, as if we'd bought it on DVD. All that has changed is the distribution method. Why change what we can do with the content?
