My kids grew up learning how to handle floppys from the time they were in diapers. There was computers all over the house on two desks and the coffee table. The kids had computers in their rooms. I thought since I was in the business and it was all new, they would get a good head start.
They are all in their 20's now and all three of them want nothing to do with computers. The daughter is a 'back to nature'60's hippie. The boys are craftsmen who enjoy working with their hands. All of my kids think computers are ho-hum and of no more use than they were when they were kids.
Let them find their own interests, and support and love them for whatever they do.
