Podcast Addict is what I have used for the laat few years. It has a free version with ads and a paid version without. Allows you to have global settings and individual settings as well that override the global. Auto plays/stoos with Bluetooth connect/disconnect as well as with headphone jack insertion/removal.
I'm pretty sure during a recent Top Gear episode that had James May learn how to drive a rallycross car from Tanner Foust that I saw a promo during for a new season of Top Gear USA/America starting in June on the History Channel. However, they don't seem to give a damn and the official Twitter, Facebook and History Channel pages haven't been updated since November 2014.
And yes, it still sucks in comparison to the original Top Gear. Same goes for the Australian version.
You can buy basic Over-The-Air (OTA) HDTV recievers for far less than $350
that you quoted.
A quick check of the Best Buy site shows a Samsung T451 for $250 and Funai/Sylvania for $229 and a DirecTV H10 or H20 for $199 (these include
an OTA tuner and you don't need to active the service to use it). Just after
Thanksgiving RadioShack had a blow out on reciever for $99.
When the US starts switching in masses in 2007/2008 there should be plenty of
cheap receivers (likely without HDMI or DVI outputs) on the market for sub $100
for anyone that still needs to receive OTA signals.

You must have missed the part where the $11.99/year unlimited photos plan includes 5GB for videos and documents.
