Doesn't the Statues of Fraud (US Law) require a written contract for a service over a year? Not sure how long this 'contract' you entered into was, but this is my limited legal understanding.

That would be awesome. I personally like Intel, and the biggest complaint I hear from people who don't use Intel is that they are too expensive...well maybe this will even it out. (I know I'm about to get flamed...there are other reasons people pick AMD over Intel, just sayin that price is the most common one I hear).
Seriously, Although any hardcore gamer that doesn't take that machine straight out of the box and re-install the OS is a poser. I don't trust any OEM to install the mix of software I am looking for and keep all that cap off my computer.
We have invested millions to bring VoIP telephones to all our classrooms in over 300 schools here in southern nevada!! and I seriously doubt we have PoE. We probably should have thought of that.:(
