    Not that I'm arguing over your point on Bluetooth, which I think is correct. Apple didn't design Bluetooth.

    then I guess YHBT. But it is just too preposterous that you would actually expect anyone to believe that there is a library somewhere (but you can't remember where) that has more holdings available than the largest library in the world.

    They're verbatim copies of the Library of Congress? If that were true how would the Library of Congress still be the largest library? The depository libraries are deposits for federal government publications. That's it. More info is here.

    Baseball cards or a garage band CD have only been exempt from sales tax in practice. Of course, laws vary by state. In Texas, anyone who sells taxable items more than twice a year needs to collect tax, even if they are just baseball cards (Texas Tax Code 151.008). You may have your own opinion on whether this is a good idea or not, but taxing them on the Internet would not be infringing on some previously exempt category.
