    Just find who has that not 'backdoored encryption". The consumer systems/networks will decrypt once the keys are in the wild.
    If the gov/mil encryption holds and all surrounding consumer junk is decrypted? Thats all that is needed to track gov/mil.

    Poor areas stayed poor even after a lot of new investment per student for generations.

    That was corrected for by politically funding and the private sector wanting to be seen supporting poor areas. Even with much more spending per student the tests did not get passed, the exams did not get passed. The costs of supporting new computers, GUI robot kits, laptops for each average student.
    The results of more funding would have been seen in much better results over generations if a simple lack of funds was a problem.

    What will wealthy criminals, cults, faiths, political groups, competitors, spies do when they work out the US gov has the keys to most consumer communications?
    They will ask their dual citizens, faith members, criminals, corrupt military/police/gov for the federal backdoor keys.
    Interesting people/cults/criminals will use the junk crypto to run real time counter surveillance on US police/federal/state/city task forces and mil.
    If that fails they will watch for nations the US trusts and get a copy for that nations mil/police/gov.

    Dont tell anyone the FBI has the keys, ever.
    Build up a voice print database and cell phone ID matching system within the FBI. Stop using other agency/teloc/contractor support within the USA. Too many ex and former workers who might have gov methods to sell to keep track of.
    Start investigations internally but always have another reason for lawyers, FOIA, human rights groups, mid and low ranking cult members, faith groups, corrupt military/police to guess at. Informers, witnesses, luck, past investigative work. Anything to keep the interesting people guessing and talking as to FBI skill sets and methods.
    The bad people do not need to know the FBI has their conversations, voice prints, locations, files.
    Let the bad people keep trusting their computers, cell phones, big brand junk crypto.
    Ensure criminals feel confident to keep talking to their friends and with corrupt people in the military/police/gov/big brands/telcos.
    Suggest to the media and lawyers that every next generation of computer and cell phone is very/too difficult for law enforcement.
    Once bad people know the backdoor exists in every gen of cell phone they can just stop using that live mic and GPS they carry around.
    They can return to community, faith, their own networks.
    Consider how the GCHQ worked in Ireland to stop the flow of support entering Ireland. Lots of interesting people had a theory but nobody worked out the methods used to track interesting people, support moving, funding globally.
    If the crypto is junk, don't tell the world, use the data gathered and win.

    When a SJW stops what the AI is learning, the AI project has to start again?
    Will different academic teams duplicate each others work in an effort to produce an AI that can virtue signal the best just to keep its funding?
    With most of the new science and math funding going to SJW academics to watch over what the AI learns from?
    While the UK is funding SJW to make a politically correct AI, other smarter nations will move on with their fast, responsive work ready AI.

    When given a really interesting problem who would want an AI to stop the task and start to politically question its owners for days, weeks?
    Build an AI that can solve problems not one that cant work on a given task as its still working on its own internal ethical questions about the problem a week later.
    People want an AI that can work hard on complex problems not get updated SJW political quotes on the tasks given.
    If your a competitor nation to the UK, fund all the lobbyist in the UK to keep UK research totally focused on safe and ethical SJW AI.
    Decades will be lost to UK SJW academics and your own nation will pick up global AI sales.

    Its like selling the calculator and the needed math book to schools together with a way of educating that needs a brand of calculator.
    Once the gov accepted the method, the books, calculator and support had to be accepted.
    But now new code and a GUI that has to be "upgraded" every year due to advancements.
    Teaching only works well with the brand. The brand sets the computer and math standards.

    Follow the money.
    City and state govs have another generation that cant pass a test after all the tablets, new teachers, GUI robots, laptops, internet, desktop computers, new buildings.
    Nobody wants to admit its the many below average students given the education funding over the past decades in parts of the USA.
    Funding that was expected to ensure everyone could get a good job, into university.
    It was only a lack of money that held back poor areas. Add the funds and it would all be equal. Exam results would equal the best results in other wealthy city areas and states once every generation got all the funding and new computers.
    So the only way out is to try another way to think about how to educate with a computer.
    The teachers have to buy new support, a new GUI has to be approved. Then a generation has to be educated and the results considered a decade later.
    No questions have to get asked for many more years about why another generation cant pass a test, do math, cant pass an exam. Given decades of spending.

    Another generation can learn how to GUI code?
    GUI robot kits? More computers for all?
    Why not take that funding and just test for people who have math skills? People who could be interested in computers and math.
    Pass the tests, exams and get more computer support.
    The other students can try for languages, music, art, sport, vocational education depending on their own interests, ability to learn and results.
    Teach more mathematics to people who want to learn and get them to the best universities.
    Another next gen Basic, Pascal for "education" is great for teachers, people selling education support. The results a generation later are not great given the computers, software costs.

    Its virtue signalling and educational political correctness.
    So much money has been added to gov education over the decades from the gov and private sector in the USA.
    The amount per student in some city and states should have produced amazing results if a lack of spending in the past was the only problem.
    After decades of testing the results are not looking as good as expected. Average students given support, funding, new computers, GUI robots, computers in the home still all fail to study, won't learn, cant pass tests, cant pass exams.

    The politically correct educators cant admit they got it so wrong for many decades and that all that new funding was wasted on below average students.

    So its has to be what was been used to educate the very average and below average students. Change the computer education and the results for below average students will improve for some reason.
    More spending and a new way to look at computers has to work in ways that past funding and new computers did not.
    Everyone just wants to keep the funding going and see the next gen of computers sold and supported.
    The sales pitch is the new language. In the past it was robot kits, tablets, laptops, GUI, desktops, new calculators with the needed new textbooks.
    The test results stay the same every generation as the problem is not lack of funding, the lack of computers, the wrong computer language.

    The students just won't, cant, have no interesting in study. Every other aspect of education has been improved. Books, GUI, buildings, food, more teachers, better teachers, more gov money, private sector money, computers.

    A big sheltered workshop so people with skills in USA, Russia, EU and parts of what was Soviet Union had good paying day job to keep decades national space skills.
    If space engineers have no wage they build big rocket for anyone.
    If US wanted a very easy to use space station they could have got turn key modular research station. A Mir 2.0 ready to use with exclusive US branding.
    Now real cost of international science busy work cooperation is considered. For so much US funding, US get nothing good back. Just virtue signal for political scientists and engineers for years. They enjoy international work, US get nothing new. Shared science is innovation lost.

    No having to watch data walk while some US agency and investigation try to observe what the interesting people are doing in a network for months.
    Find a real security company that finds problems, offers solutions to the company. Dont risk experts that have to stop work for a NSL

    AC when looking for a qualified engineer that profession has to have some standing.
    What nation would want the results of "reasonably" trained engineers able to work on infrastructure and engineering projects?
    The limitation on supply from a university can set the quality of the profession.
    Not many nations would want reasonably trained "geniuses" have a guess at the math for support beams and the tie rods.
    They would expect a professional engineer to have approved a design. That prevents unprofessional conduct, criminal negligence.

How a business could be started and the long term hiring practices. Union power and who got a job with no question of productivity, ability. Loans and investment was a risk. Innovation in parts of Western Europe was not seen as a wise investment but as a risky loan. Stagnation, protectionism and state interference set in.
    So the US freedoms to read, publish, be published, invest, go bankrupt was rather unique and was what made the USA so great for generations.
    Investment, education, publication, science, arts, culture could all be found and enjoyed in the USA. Other nations had total censorship, political control, import restrictions. Different tariffs and laws on the needed new tooling to innovate. A lack of investment and no ability for the private sector to attract the needed investment.
    The US could out smart and out pace other nations political controls and government intrusion in the workings of the free market.
    Average people in the USA had the freedom to read about advances, buy innovate products and services to actually the profits of their private sector business.
    To attract investment, new thinking, the needed graduates, experts and professionals to grow their business.
    To find and hire the best graduates who passed their exams on merit. Not on politics, faith or wealth as many other failed nations demanded be taken into consideration.
    The US offered its best full scholarships once the person could show they could study and pass tests, exams.
    Other nations passed students on been good communists, been loyal to a political party, having the correct faith, the correct politics, political connections.
    Freedom of speech, freedom after speech, the freedom to read, freedom to study, freedom to work, freedom to invest, freedom to start a business, the freedom to invest again and again is what made the USA great.

    What social media is ready to support might become reported and blocked on the whim of a social media SJW.

    Dont put all your talent and creativity onto big brand social media. Have your own sites, communications to connect to your fans.
    Use social media to spread your art and creativity. Find new fans. Never be dependant on social media and its SJW politics.
    Make your site the destination for fans with social media another option. When social media starts to block, ban, censor, derank, report, find another social media site to use.

    Just update your fan site with a new link and upload your work to social media that actually supports freedom of speech.

    Who will risk hiring a new US STEM graduate?
    How is a person looking for a skilled worker going to be able to know who is productive, creative, innovative, can study, is able to learn?
    Who passed there exams on merit? Who was able to study for years and was good at their STEM?
    Who got a free pass on political correctness and social advancement? Who was able to get extra time, was granted a passing grade? Underperforming, failed students allowed to stay in STEM so the campus could get in years of virtue signalling.

    What can a business in the private sector do?
    Dont hire?
    Hire from a select list of graduates that passed on merit due to different university exam policy?
    Do background investigations on people seeking employment to see if they could study, did study, graduated on merit?

    Dont want a glut of unemployed engineers? Set your exams really hard and only produce a limited amount of the best graduates each year. Ensure the marketplace then understands they are all exceptional experts. Hire without risk.
    Make their profession as an expert count. Like a doctor, lawyer. Only the best get to have the qualifications to work in their state after passing exams.
    Set the entrance exam to be really difficult and only allow people to get into the course who can actually study. Use course work and more exams to sort the best from the very best of that generation.
    Some more final exams. No "glut of unemployed engineers" as the numbers graduated and allowed to work as professionals was kept low every decade.
    No having to face an average "glut of unemployed engineers" in the workplace once graduated.
    Everyone looking for engineers can be sure they have passed their exams and are actual engineers. That their qualifications are of a good standard .
    Dot allow foreign engineers to practice until they have passed the same US exams. That stops international competition from creating a glut of unemployed engineers and lowering US wages.
    Use the needed qualifications to set the standards and keep the workforce to a balanced amount. No graduating failed students who could not pass their exams as engineers for political "reasons".

    No foreign engineers been able to present their nations "qualifications" as a free way to get into the USA. Pass the same US difficult exams and only then become a US engineer.
    Restore the profession. Make the profession have legal standing again. Not just be a subject that a campus wants to fill with paying "students".
    Test engineers over the decades to ensure they are keeping to best practice.
