I don't think Chinna's going to come up with any innovative way to stop, or control information flow in any way that the US and other countries haven't tried.
1.) This won't get rid of Intel. At best, it will lower public opinion of them and give AMD a momentary flurry of cash-flow.
2.) AMD has more fab capacity than you are apparently aware. They could have taken on Apple and not hurt at all.
3.) Intel has engaged in illegal business practices. Wheather the courts decide so or not, that is fact.
