Beyond the basic search capability, the popup blocker was the only useful thing about the toolbar (pre-SP2, and then that became unneeded as well). Since Firefox already has both features, I doubt many users will find this even worth the 2 second download or the miniscule screen space it takes.

How do I make an official complaint with these time-distributing authorities for all the times I've been blamed for being late? Everyone always thought it was my fault for running out of time--but nope, turns out there are "authorities" in charge of all that. Are they any relation to the Tooth Fairy?

Or is this level of admin common in Windows environments? They're running Windows. Yet you question why they're poor administrators?
