yeah gromer, you're right. you can see this duality in the german language, too. the german marke means the english trademark and you may know the deutschmark. well, grabbing is one of the evil english words in the german language of today 8-) as i understand it, the claim can be fought, but someone must do it. and it seems to cost some hundred mark's. but then he could have good chances...
but you don't have to understand the whole thing... it's really better to just read the next news entry...
