Red Hatter here (on the Ceph eng team). We do not ship Ansible Tower in the Red Hat Ceph Storage product at this time. It's my understanding that RH is still working to fully open-source it since the Ansible acquisition.
BlueHost specifically does *not* use VMs for their web servers.

"Don't write anything on the internet that you wouldn't want the world to find out." To put it another way, the "forward" button is just a mouse click away. I understand what you are saying, but remember that a word's forever, and when we speak we set them free.

If you look at some of spreadfirefox.com's user pages, you'll see just how crazy this zealosy goes. For example:
