It's called the IRIVER H300 series.
As of firmware 1.25 you can watch any movie as long as it is encoded a certain way (xvid,15fps,size,etc. etc.), i've fit 4 seasons of Trailer Park Boys on my H320 and still have half of the HD to fill with songs. The movies are definetely watchable and look quite good on the screen. There is no TV out but who cares, this is for portable viewing, great for watching anything except movies like X-Men and such.
Oh yeah, and if you get one don't forget to upgrade to firmware 1.27, as it extends battery life, 1.25 had too much hd accesses.
