and by book on CSP (concurrent sequential processing) on top of occam.

It's good for them, they bring together in that book some good stuff !
But we often forget some old folks too, let remember good old days of Smalltalk-80 form Xerox ( and of course Smalltalk 72 ) the real first metaclasse based OO language where you can find alot of those (new) paterns.
( no Bill didn't invent OO ! )
