You mean one with a unique plot, fantastic character development, and a great cast? It gets aired for 10 weeks and then cancelled by a network with a chronic case of rectal-cranial inversion.
(see: Firefly)
Well, now we know why the SciFi Channel couldn't pick up Firefly. It was blowing all its money on this crap.
This could give a real kick in the pants to mobile wireless network access. It is the perfect mate to the Tucson Amateur Packet Radio organization's 1Mbit/s, spread-spectrum, radio modem. One notable thing about the modem is that its data jack is a 10base-T ethernet port. The other thing worth mentioning here is that it has an approximate 20-mile range. Her's looking forward to production!
*If* this BS patent claim should happen to stand up in a court of law (there have been dumber things that made it), there is an option that I see after reading the patent. The patent specifically controls the transfer of this music for the "first memory" to the "second memory". In this case, it appears that memory is being used as as a synonym for storage space. What if online vendors and customers used a protocol that created a temporary shared memory architecture? Or perhaps even a temporary shared file system? One could conceivable make the case that an SMA operates as a single "memory". The patent certainly doesn't cover transferring the data between multiple homogeneous memory segments.
I'd really recommend buying the Behind the Magic cdrom for anyone itching for more behind the scenes info, clips, pics, etc. The two-cd set has a ton of info on the trilogy and the prequel, as well as the full video of the cut scenes from ANH. (Remember the lost Tochi Station and Biggs scenes?) Probably the best $20 I've spent in a long time.

"And Kent..."
"Stop playing with yourself."
