It seems to be me the future of aerial warfare is UAVs. Why risk trained pilots that probably costed millions to train when you can have them pilot UAVs that are cheaper and can do basically the same?
Until you can install OS X on non-Apple hardware, I doubt Apple is going to make inroads selling their OS.
And who buys retail Windows? People who build their own computers know enough to buy OEM, and the average consumer upgrades when they buy a new computer.

I think starting June 26, you can preorder the upgrades for a lot cheaper. $50 for a Home upgrade and $100 for a Pro upgrade.
I don't know if the Universe can withstand that.
