If your work for a larger corporation and you don't disclose that you both work for the larger corporation and run the said cable making company, then yes its embezzlement. It's unfair competition, and it does violate a few legal statutes.

Set up a dummy company, and get them to sell you the $300 cables for $250. Then crimp the cables and sell them to yourself. You pocket $250 less materials, the boss gets his "professionally made" cables, and everybody is happy.

Now for a privately owned company, you can create your own side business of making cables and bid the job for the cable creation and charge $250.00 when your competitor charges $300.00. You win the bid for being the lowest price and you then create the cable for $20 and make $230.00 in profit. That is NOT illegal. However for a publicly traded company, that too is unfortunately illegal.
It's muddier than that now. Because the 'shin-kickers' aren't throwing rocks and home-made Molotov cocktails. They have automatic assault rifles, RPG's, Mortars, IED's, etc...
Take for instance the middle east. Religion A says spot X is the promised land and is theirs. Religion B says that they are infidels and that it's their holy land. Then you have the United States, which says that we should fix EVERYONE else problems except OUR OWN.
If two of my neighbors get into a fight, I wouldn't care and I wouldn't get involved. If the fight found its way into my lawn, you bet your bottom dollar I'm getting involved.
However, the US agrees with Religion A and gives aid to them. Religion B by proxy says that we too are infidels and says we should all die. This becomes one reason why 4 planes were hijacked on 9/11.
Now, how do we end it? Do we go to Osama Bin Laden and say We're sorry and we'll leave you alone if you leave us alone? If it was that simple, don't you think we would of just done that?

China is a Totalitarian Socialist Republic. However, instead of a single person making all the decisions - China has groups of high-level political officials that almost conspire to control the country and it's slaves^H^H^H^Hcitizens.
Actually both the Democrats and Republicans are from the same original party. However the modern political party system really doesn't equate to the 1790's. The modern Democrats were formed in 1824. Basically, the current Democrats were said to be on the left of the democratic-republican party and the party split into the left and the right in 1820. The "left" became the democratic party and the "right" eventually became the republican party.
I do agree though, modern democratic party ideals do lend heavily from Karl Marx's communism. A lot of our government took on parts of Marx's writings. Writings of a guy who had boils on his ass and couldn't sit down and who lost his wife because he lacked money for health care. Great place to get advice on running a government. Worked great too - just look at Russia.
Anyway - who cares. I agree with you that the record labels are in fact morons. Killing them outright would just make them martyrs. The press would vilify us and make them look like saints.
Now if they were to be found dead in a Vegas hotel room from an overdose of cocaine with hookers all bought from money they got from suing everybody - then that would be better. However a 155 grain.40 caliber piece of hot lead entering their frontal lobe at 1,140 ft/s would be much more fun.:-D
Furthermore, murder is hardly the answer for some CEO who wants his company and shareholders to make more money. Yes, the RIAA/MPAA and the movie/music execs are a bunch of outdated douchebags. But murder? It's fucking music? Listen to Indie if you don't like the way they do business and put them out of business.
