Frankly, I guess geeks don't want linux to succeed in the desktop so it can keep being something of the “elite,” despite geeks evangelizing their friends about using linux, the don't want it too be too popular. Just like when you found an underground band, and you got to love it, and you presented it to your friends, but the day it appeared on Mtv you felt they sold out.
What I meant is, if you are a spy and you get caught, you are screwed. It doesn't matter if you are an spy for a corporation a free government or an autocracy. It is just one of the dangers of the business.
And they will draft the most antisemitic, xenophobic constitution in any country since the pre-war times. Just look what has come of poor Hungary where the ministers even wear an arrow cross party uniform in the parlament
