Call this flamebait but why would some hacked up work by some 'industry expert' straight from flipping burgers five years ago be charging 200 for a book when textbooks costs 50?
It's up to the court to decide but considering they have been bankrupt you may lose if you try. They would argue such before a judge. That's all you can say.
Maybe on a budget? Let's face it, many mobile phones have similar screens and live in people's pockets. I have a Samsung and it's been in my pocket, with keys and change for 2 years. I'm truly amazed it's hardly got a scratch on it and certainly none that effect the readability of the screen. It's hard to believe.
