I have actually read, on more than one occasion, that this is an untrue fact. Maybe with some it's true, but sense these games have come out crime (such as homocide) is actually LOWER than it has been in years.
it's not so much that people say Linux is the uber safe as why would you want to hack it...if you want to change something you can, that's the beauty of Open Source. Not to say people won't do it anyway, just doesn't seem super fun to me i guess.

it would be best if they said it would launch later to begin with, then release early...well to late now i suppose
