Well....yes...the courts shouldn't have sided with them....but i know that if this was indeed the case there is probably an archiac law that forces them to do that.
Indian courst may be slow, but they do follow the book!
Dude....
You've got to understand that in different places around the planet, there are different cultural norms & whether you agree with them or not doesn't make it right, wrong or absurd.
India has seen a telecom boost unlike any other country in the last five years so. I remember, the first time cellphones services were introduced in India, they were as expensive as anywhere else in the world. Today you can get cellular services WITHOUT a contract for as less as $10 a month . (...beat that folks!)
Yes its going to take some work, but some of the basic infrastructure is already there, and I'm confident that it is a doable task
We broadly classify reactions into chemical and nuclear.....there's nothing official about the term "sub-atomic" reactions.
Anyway....
scientists have created "Anti-Hydrogen".....although I'm not aware of any other antimatter nuclei
the research is completely bogus..... antimatter is a very unstable substance that cannot survive in our universe, because it combines with matter and both annihilate each other... for example an electron and a positron on combining mutually annihilate & produce photons....
In this regard anti matter can kill normal cells too with equal efficacy. Since there is no selectivity in this, it is as good or bad as radio therapy..
another thing, antimatter can be produced thru nuclear reactions only...so you can worry about things like nuclear laws, terrorists etc.
somebody out there watches too much I-Robot...I guess as long as architects make CPUs without true-self modifying code capability we're safe from evil robots...
but that hasn't always been the case and there is techologically nothing that prevents from doing that!
Enslavement has nothing to do with "culture"....

I think you need a citation to actually substantiate that figure....

Well.....they don't need a TI-89 to find out 2+2

what would happen if we firewalled that too?
I'm no software guru but if you just firewall www.microsoft.com, wont it be a cure for all your problems?

Finally a microsoft software that actually works! ha ha!
