RC1 is MUCH more stable and polished than beta2... However the 64bit release is still nowhere near ready for mainstream use, very poor application compatability I think it will be a long time (at least another year) before I'd recommend people move to 64bit OS.
So it's going to be a player that looks similar, but doesn't have the software/connectivity of the iPod, and for the same or higher price than a nano. Hmmm, I'm no apple fanboy, but I'd choose the nano every time.
If it were to offer all that at a cheaper price, then it might do some damage to the iPod sales.
"Costing roughly 70 dollars a night (but also bookable for four-hour periods), the rooms are aimed at passengers waiting for connections or those who want to sleep or work before a meeting."...or lonely business men wanting somewhere to entertain the "ladies".
Indeed I had a letter through the post the other day stating that I am to leave my green recyling bin out this week so that it can be fitted with RFID tags, "for monitoring purposes". Should I be afraid? Do slashdot reader recommend any particular brand of tin foil to make my hat? Should I avoid the big name tin foil manufacturers in case they too have been "got to"? OMG, what if tin foil contains RFID tags?!?!
All it would take is to spend more than the obvious 30 seconds they spent "design" that mess of a home page. So yes if they want to be taken seriously I would expect them to do a decent bloody home page.
Stop naming every new application with a 'K'!!!
Open the task bar menu, oh look 20 separate application items all beginning with 'K'.
Kan't they thing of anything better??
KeePass has to be the best password manager around IMO. Free, Open Source, AES encryption, and in addition to a master password for your password database you can also specify a key file needed to open the database that you can carry around on a separate USB key or whatever.

"IE 7 is feature complete" Is this in the same way that Vista is now "feature complete"? Yeah right.

4 prefix is VISA.
Me neither, so I looked. You seem to have rather a lot of foes to say you only just discovered it.
Actually I just read all that open letter as... "Disney sucks". Would have saved people a lot of reading if AC had just put that instead.
