I'd say definitely go for CS, but as a game programmer that has been in the industry for over 14 years I'd say #1 on the list would actually be:
Bachelor of Arts: Computer Science
More math courses, less "engineering" courses. At least that's how I remember it when I was in school (getting a BA in CS, of course).
If the user put up 5000 songs for download for 24 hours, but their personal internet bandwidth could only support actually uploading 50 songs in that time period, shouldn't they only be liable for a maximum of AverageRetailPricePerSong * 50?
I've heard that they give defendants a list of files...but how do they know the contents of these files? If I upload something called yesterday.mp3 how do they know it isn't a recording of me singing the song?
