Surely that's been possible with every single distro of Linux for the last few years or so now? Could put malware into a custom Ubuntu CD, couldn't you? Not a new thing.
Absolutly.
Including Windows XP
I do not think that would protect you. As this technology is not just about tracing back to an offender. It is likely more effective as a means of evidence after apprehension.
What I mean is having been caught passing counterfeit products. It is far less likely you could get away with, "I didn't print that". All that is necessary is for a sample to be taken from your printer and you are bang to rights
"Then there's "porn in your pocket, anytime, anywhere"."
That's the driving force behind mobile phones with media players:)
What I can't understand is the amount of people who pay for content. Smut or not. When most of what is available, via payed download, can be got for free with a PC. (I'm not talking illegal content either)Then transfered to your phone, hand held or IPod, by which ever connection method, is available.
"Perhaps you meant something more along the lines of "mocked"/"picked on"/"joshed with"?"
Twas only a figuer of speach. You know, like, pedantic motherfecker.
But then, if you heat plastic?
It gives of a Carcinogenic gas. Not only that, if you are smothered with a hospital pillow, your chances of survival are reduced?
I had to reply to this as it makes absolute sense to me. Years ago I did a basic food handlers course, the instructor asked for our opinions as to why cases of food poisoning were on the increase. At a time when food hygeane regulations and enforcement were on the increase.
My reply was that our natural ability to resist infection was being eroded.
I passed the course but got rogered by the instuctor for my reply.

"Business is a useful art."
There may well be an art to business and it may well be useful. However, I fail to see how a money making process can be considered art.
