Oh please...you went from complaining about there being consequences to violating the rules to a comparison to the US government?!?
I'm sorry to break it to you, but Blizzard can not infringe upon your civil rights. You however, have the right not to play World of Warcraft. I certainly hope that you choose to exercise that right in response to Blizzard's outrageous behavior of enforcing its rules and doing what it said it would do.
