This is exciting. It appears from what I've read so far that these guys may have done something that Yahoo, Google, et al have refused to do so far because they are too big and slow (read: corporate) to actually pull it off.
It seems like a pretty useful solution for the typical consumer who doesn't have the know-how or time to install and learn multiple applications. The ability to share unlimited media previews alone eclipses any mail program that exists today, no? And video conferencing with built-in file sharing, previews and whiteboarding could prove useful enough to pay for.
