    The exact quantity of a pint isn't exactly the most important detail, the alcoholic volume of the drink makes more of a difference. That's why it's done in units (1 unit = 10ml of alcohol e.g. a 25ml single measure of a 40% spirit is 1 unit).

    For me, it would be HIGHLY inconvenient. Having to wait on their schedule, and not being able to come and go on my time table is a deal killer. >

    Where I live there are buses at least every 5 minutes.

  14. I would say it's more a weird feature of C to count from 0 (and everything copied it). Fortran and COBOL count from 1 (in fact, Fortran counts from whatever the hell you want it to)
