I've been looking forward to this for months now. Love GTV:VC and play Road Rage all the time. It will be nice that the kids can finally enjoy the same fun my friends and I have in GTA. (no way I'm letting them play GTA.) But I am curious to know if you apparently have a wanted level, then you can do things wrong. Will Bart be able to bean Milhouse in the head with his slighshot, and will the kids end up doing that over and over for fun, just like we love to get on a nice rooftop with the various arsenal in GTA instead of getting onto the next mission?
If the world is as detailed as that in Road Rage but with insides and being able to run around that should do it for me. If there are 100 hidden packages, I am going to scream.
Does Homer get low-yield nuclear glowstick grenades?
Mine was on an apple II, you even had to flip the disk mid way. You sound like you would really appreciate it (at least the 'yet i hated it part')... The starting screen all looks normal then it goes into attract mode... hehehe. The bird gets it with a shotgun (I think), round house kicks knocking off bosses heads, and the ultimate ending (damn, the memory is vivid now) he runs up to the end princess, she tries her kick, he grabs it, and then beats the pixels out of her against the wall. then leaves saying something like take that you b$%^%$
fer once, after that damned other virus that deleted my virus software, i feel safe knowing my os is safe from this one even though it sucks donkey ballz. hate it. where is ps when I need it, and kill, and my/etc/rc.d so I could find those meself.
enough rambling. if anyone can help me play (or can slap me on the head with a didn't ya try it yet;) diablo II and cossakcs and roller coaster tycoon in linux in wine lemme gnow, odderwise my game machine stays.

Seriously, it already has video sequencing, I think they are going for the all in one approach. (which makes my first statement, uh, worry me.)
Besides if you don't like it I think you can recompile with a -DNOAUDIOSEQ option. Try that in that ms rendering package or Maya.
