Interestingly though, if you have Lindows, you can watch dvds in linux without ripping or other changes. They have a legal player you can buy for 30.00.
So, how are they getting away with it legally?
I am in a situation where I think, hmmm there is very little on that I consider appropriate anyway, so I would welcome these few stations and the ability to pick up cartoon network, maybe the sundance channel. It's a big enough battle to try to find anything interesting to watch anyway.
Reality tv has sort of ruined things for me.
