Seriously, I saw two little 6 or 7 year olds in Wal-Mart the other day playing CoD2 on a 360. That should certainly be illegal. Though if the parents had been with them, it'd be OK. But as I saw it, it was neglectful parenting and when that happens the government should step in. IMO until you're 18 you shouldn't have any rights anyway.
If Apple didn't patent this for the iPod then someone else would come out with an mp3 player and then sued Apple for putting it into the iPod.
