    Maybe I'll go rob a bank just to show them how poor their security is.. and if i get caught, i'll just tell the judge i was just demonstrating to them that they have a security problem.. riggghhhtt I'm sure everyone on here will come to my defense as well and say its the banks fault...

    You send your rebate forms off to Egypt, where a small team of rebate processors fools around with your forms. Smoking breaks, Coffee breaks, lunch hours, days off, while your rebate forms languish on the desks. Probably a sign on the wall that says, "Take Your Time!"

    dropping mail in rebates? Isn't that their way of getting people to buy items at retail price and counting on statistics that not enough will apply or be eligible for the rebate due to some technicality? How is instant in store rebates going to pay off for them...?

    you left out the biggest factor! you have to be 18 and old to vote for president.. any idiot under 18 can pick up the phone and vote for american idol. I bet if we could see a breakdown of the demographics who call in to american idol, i bet HALF are under 18.

    you do realize that supplies are limited and that they have to set a price where they can sell the most product their factories are capable of making. The unit price therefore must be above cost of production (includes advertising, marketing, physical labor and parts, etc etc), and high enough so that demand is just in range of the amount of ps3's they can pump out of the factories and deliver to stores.
