if more countries have input into the direction of how things are handled it will help prevent the unbalanced influence of the 2-3 major telcos from having too much control over content etc...
in the end if they or the gov want to restrict or change the direction of the internet for any given country the will risk their own isolation from the international web. if one country has control than they will have less risk for bending it toward their current whims.
Relating to this article. Just a suggestion but dont call this technology ***torrent because this is a sure way to align it with the already demonized bittorrent. Its almost like trying to start a new politcal party called the Mazi party.
What kind of DRM do these sites have?? Are you ever going to be able to have access to your own movies or will your media be held hostage like by iTurds. The copy to DVD feature seems best because i would like to watch movies in my living room with actual people and not by myself in front of my computer screen in my underwear. Cause let's face it... if you have a >21in computer screen you have no friends anyway.

If you are in computer game and you perform tasks toward acomplishing an objective, while at the same time gaining experience in your ability to perform these tasks for a reward that you onle experience through a computer screen is calle FUN

Fools... whatever this reality is has much much more to offer than some game. For instance... WOMEN (or men if you prefer)... alcohol... or beaches... or candy.... novels... love... gravity... The "game" you love can only attempt to simulate a small crappy portion of this reality. Does the fact that your character can cast spells of fireballs or whatever make up for the fact that he doesnt know what water feels like on the skin.
If lightning strikes your power grid you might realize that IN REALITY the only thing you have done is sat in a chair. All the efforts, and successes that came with them are imagined and exist only in your mind (lets not get into metaphysical arguments here).. when that power is off you life has not changed.. just that your mind was in PRISON
