Actually if police are going to arrest you but not question you, Miranda Rights do not have to be read, but if police are going to question you in any way about an accused crime while you are in there custody.. they must read you your Miranda Rights..
well seeing how you play one game two years, you dont seem to be in the target audience of most game company's, so i doubt you will find many companys that are looking to cater to your desires.. but who knows.. sometime niche markets work.

Its not a regional thing, I am from Texas, and I have never ever heard another semi educated person say such a thing.
