And that's the bad thing about the missed opportunity of the constitution, it's that the constitution was giving more power to the parliament and the elected institutions of Europe... oh, I can't stand those frenchies;)...joking of course
Maybe, authorities should administrate medication BEFORE any potential traumatic experience, as Katrina, at least there will be less complains afterwards, everybody would be sooo much happier, after all, isn't that what we all are looking for?
Better prevent than cure,...a preventive approach of trauma? I know some leaders that would love the idea,;)

Maybe Mac could port a version of OS X to the PC platform?
Since they anyway have to port OS X for the intel chipset, It shouldn't be too complicated to release a version of Mac OS X for the pc platform? no?
