    I don't know who paid for this survey, but you have heavily implied it has a positive outcome for AT&T because it was funded by them or a similar party. This seems unlikely if only due to this quote:

    "Consumers transfer the high gloss of their Apple iPhone experience to AT&T," says Carl Howe, Yankee Group analyst and author of the study.

    If I were paying to have my company come across positively, I would not want the reasoning for it explained quite like that.

    They've planning this for some time. I got an email over a month ago telling me that "Diaganol View" claimed copyright on a Reuters video I had uploaded. Part of their email said:

    "As long as diaganol view has a claim on your video, they will receive public statistics about your video, such as number of views... [Diaganol may also] place advertisements on this video's watch page."

    They also said I could dispute the claim, so mistaken videos shouldn't be too much of a problem (hopefully).

    That's because It's hosted and streamed by Hulu who only allows any of their shows to viewed in the US since many of them are shows still on the air.
