    You got that wrong. You should associate Seven of Nine, not Locutus.
    This tech is clearly in its infancy. What I want to see is something that looks and works like regular glasses (because I wear them anyway) and projects the image like a HUD. Couple that with an eye tracking camera and you can control a cursor and "click" by winking.

    2 feet at 1% slope is 200 feet that the coastline moves inland. That's a lot of real estate.

    Exactly. All animals destroy their habitat unless something slows them down.
    Humans on a fossil fuel binge, mice in a grain silo, there's no difference. They overshoot until the primary energy source is exhausted and then they crash.

    Haha. That reminds me of a corporate trip to Ireland. The hotel had a cooperation with a health club and they offered a complimentary health exam so I tried it. When the trainer asked my weight, I told him "85 kilos." "Uh, how many stones?" "What's a stone?"
    We had to look it up on the Intarwebz.

    Just wait and see and report back in 30 years.
    I refuse to argue at a rational level with people who obviously are not rational. If you want to discuss facts and physics, fine, but this meta level of accusations is not scientific at all.

    That is correct, but there is exactly zero evidence that current climate theory is wrong. There are minor details that scientists quibble about but the overall greenhouse theory is rock solid because it's basic physics.

    You're correct but in a dry-ish climate the sun usually burns off clouds and fog that formed overnight.
