  1. Re:Twilight Princess on Revolution on Cutting Through The Next-Gen BS · · Score: 1
I can't think of one other than the specially-made GBC games you mentioned. No new content on Sega Master System games played on a Genesis, no new content on PlayStation games played on a PlayStation 2, haven't heard much about extra content in Xbox games played on an Xbox 360, etc.

I know it's not much, but Halo 2 for xBox was designed with the 360 in mind. The 360 can handle all the graphics they originally put into Halo 2 and can display them without flaw. That can be said about a lot of games though.

I must agree though that I cannot think of any game that has extra content when used on a newer system.

I hope Twilight Princess stays on GC because I have it reserved already. I don't want to have to reserve a revolution too, although I'm sure I will.

SciFi writers have been very good at predicting human advancement.

It's because their loyal followers with super-huge brains have nothing better to do than try and create the tools of the future. Think about a little kid recreating a fight scene they saw on TV. They think it's cool and want to reenact so they can be cool.

How about having a wi-fi system in every automobile that will communicate it position, speed and direction of travel to every other automobile within 100 yards of it.

But then you get into the whole thing where "Big Brother" can track where you're going, how often you go, and all that jazz. Yeah, it's a great idea and I agree with it whole-heartedly, but a system like this would only work if everyone was a part of it. There will always be the few who won't play along.
