I think that this is the best post I have read so far about the topic. Say you want to wash your car. Your neighbor has spigot and water hose close to your driveway and your water hose has a hole in it. Would you:
A: Just walk on over and turn the water on and start washing your car?
B: Go and ask if you could use it?
